No Two Homes Are The Same
Every home is designed and built per each individual and family. The first phase will consist of 20 lots and we will begin reserving them immediately. Explore The Avenues' example plans.
The second phase will have 22 lots and the third will have 55 lots. Each of the 71 homes will be custom ensuring no home will be alike.

The Avenues craftsman-style bungalow homes offer custom features that come standard including granite countertops, tile tub surrounds, and laminate hardwood flooring. You the buyer get to choose every design specification.
Choose from details such as hard siding, unlimited paint colors, custom front door, 9’ ceilings throughout the main level, custom cabinets with hood vent, solid surface counters, upgraded floor coverings, large baseboards, all windows, and doors completely custom trimmed, and a strong appliance budget is just to name a few.

Unique Bungalow Style Homes
Every house is on a first come first serve basis meaning each floor plan is available multiple times but each specific elevation for that plan is only allowed once. If there isn’t a plan we have that you like we will also offer our in-house drafting service to accommodate your needs but still sticking to The Avenues design guidelines.
The biggest goal of Guardian homes for The Avenues subdivision is providing our top standard in quality and finishes but with a smaller footprint.
