Navigating Home Building through A Pandemic

We hope this letter finds you all healthy and well. As things continue to transpire with the Covid-19 pandemic it is of our utmost importance we keep you informed with your project and forward progress. We have closed the doors to the Guardian Homes office as an employee-only space but as always welcome speaker calls and video calls!

These forms of communication have always been great ways to get the job done and we will take advantage of this to continue to progress your project whether it’s in the drafting, bidding, or construction stages. We are also working on gaining the services of a third-party building inspector. Meaning even if a city or county office shuts down, we will have a third-party service that will be able to continue with needed inspections. This is a service that will not be charged to you but a way to continue progress forward if applicable.

We are also asking that while visiting the project site everyone including subs, inspectors, and clients use social distancing before entering the project. This will only continue forward progress and positive actions. Moving forward Guardian Homes will continue to do everything in its power to continue with its services. Our employees, subs, and related individuals all depend on jobs and we will continue to do everything in our power to stay healthy and positive and press on!
