2021 Park City Area Showcase of Homes

Guardian Homes is pleased to announce that we will be participating in the 2021 Park City Area Showcase of Homes. This is our first year entering the Park City Area Showcase of Homes and we look forward to this exciting event and debut of our most recent luxury home. We hope to see you at the event. The showcase takes place from August 27th to August 29th and September 3rd to September 6th. Hours are Fridays from 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays, Sundays, and Labor Day Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

 

Aspen Springs Modern Mountain Home Description

Guardian Homes is excited to welcome you to home #3 on the Park City Area Showcase of Homes. This beautiful modern mountain home tucked away in the hills of the Aspen Springs subdivision, has 4772 TOTAL SQ. FT. of luxury living. About The Event

Come see all the wonderful homes on display throughout the Park City and Heber Valley areas. The showcase takes place from August 27th to August 29th and September 3rd to September 6th. Hours are Fridays from 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays, Sundays, and Labor Day Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Tickets are $20 and are required for entry. Tickets are valid for both the traditional walk-through and the new virtual Showcase. Masks are REQUIRED for entry into the homes. 

Each ticket is good for all dates and times and entitles the ticket holder to one visit per home plus re-entry to two homes of your choice as well as virtual tour views of all the homes. To tour the homes traditionally, load your ticket onto your smartphone and have it ready to present at each home. Download the app, view the map, start at any home and visit in any order you wish.
