2021 Parade of Homes Idaho Falls

Thank you, to all of those planning to come out and support Guardian Homes at the Parade of Homes Idaho Falls 2021 event. This year's tour of homes takes place on September 16th to September 18th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and September 23rd to September 25th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

#1 on the Parade of Homes is Guardian Homes Stone River Estates

Stone River Estates is a Guardian Homes built luxury home. It features a transitional style that blends traditional and contemporary styles to create a timeless masterpiece. The home’s sleek exterior features LP panelling, masonry, brick and stone. When you first walk up to the home you are greeted by large double wooden doors and wrap around porch with tongue and groove ceilings, and both brick and trex decking. On the main level there is a large open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. One of the main focal points is the great room with a double sided two-story gas fireplace. This home has large windows and a luxury sliding glass patio door that is 15 feet wide. The kitchen is packed with upgrades including an extra large island with seating, granite countertops, custom cabinets, hot water pot filler, thermador oven, and custom vent hood.
